How The Existential Bro Podcast Started

Nearly four years ago, The Existential Bro Podcast was one of the first podcasts in the industry to have men speak openly about their emotions and push the boundaries of societal pressures and traditional gender roles to help others conquer their daily fears and anxieties.

The Existential Bro is founded on being vulnerable with your insecurities, open with your flaws, and honest with your truths. Three bros, Juju, Doc, and Rick, discuss intimate and platonic relationships, deep daily anxieties, self-reflection, and emotional intelligence like only an existential bro could.

A little bit about the The Existential Bro Podcast Host, Juju Shoji

Contemplating what it means to be truly vulnerable and interrogating the non-binary reality of emotional intelligence is no new feat for lawyer, podcaster, and published poet Juju Shoji. At first glance, Juju may seem like a man rooted in logic and analytical thinking. Albeit, his empathetic and passion-driven psyche serve as a muse for his love of poetry and artistic expression through his podcast.

Juju’s academic research at UCLA necessitated the evaluation of family counseling and preventative couples therapy, functioning as a crash course in the fundamentals of intimacy. Juju serves his audience as a dedicated attorney who takes his professional career one step further through his growth as an author and existential podcaster speaking on mental health, emotional intelligence, platonic and intimate relationships.
